      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to purchase a new sim or even transfer an ease him but when I try to select these items in the app they will not open and it tells me that there's an error&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because it's an esim not a physical Sim and I know how to transfer it to the phone but the app from public mobile will not open any of the links as in if I push or touch purchase sim it tells me there's an error if I touch change sim there's an error&lt;/P&gt;</description>
