Any points to redeem below 10?

Before I have 8 dollars deduct every month. It’s really good and it’s why I sticked on public mobile more than 3years. But the new point system I can’t use my points because I can’t find any redeem option less than 10 dollars. And I should do it every time manually. I prefer to use the previous automatically reward system.

yes, there is no choice to switch back to the previous reward system, public mobile lost all benefit to stay with it, such as no auto pay reward $2, and loyal reward ($10 vs $60) per year.

@Huan for bill credit the minimum is 15 points for $15.00 off. But you can do add-ons for starting at 5 points. You have to browse the catalog.

Sign into your account and click My Rewards tab to view.

there’s only one option for 15 points under category “ bill credits “ . Can’t find any add-on.
maybe your public mobile is smart than mine.

@Huan did you bring up the catalog? Click on Browse Catalog. Scroll up, load more, scroll, load more. Tons of stuff.

15 points is the minimum number of points to redeem $15. You will also get an email reminding you that you have 15 points to redeem.

I just redeemed mine the other day.

Try this. Change categories to ALL. Yes bill credits is min $15. But there are other stuff too.

Thank you. I only need bill credit currently. Never have chance to use these add on with current plan.
