      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also started resting my phone it said to wait up to 5 hours to put my sim in for was not prompted to insert it after 8 hours&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will probably need to open a ticket using chat bot the orange text bubble on the bottom right. Type customers service or fall the the steps till it let's you open one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try and reset your network settings.&amp;nbsp; This will delete wifi password as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try putting the sim in another phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
