      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to help my mom get set up on Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; We have the SIM and she's got service, but we're trying to port her Vonage number and apparently she got a text today saying that the port was unsuccessful for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way we can find out why it was unsuccessful and correct the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
