      <title>Problem service and cancelled</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got my physical SIM card this afternoon. Set it up, all no problem. My first call was dropped 4 times! I am now back with my original provider. I have health issues and no phone service is detrimental to me. How do I get a refund? I can’t sign into my account anymore. It wants me to reactivate, and just cycles back to log in, that won’t work. I &amp;nbsp;don’t want any further billing and I want a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
