    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/425275"&gt;@ValeriG&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;best and easiest way is to ask a friend to download the app and activate for you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after it is done activating, your friend can delete the app and you can access everything online via the browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you don't like that, some had success to use the browser to go all the way to payment.&amp;nbsp; After payment step, it will ask you to download the app.&amp;nbsp; Instead of doing that, open a ticket with support agent and they can help to complete the rest.&amp;nbsp; They can help at that stage because account already created and hence they can take over from there (just choosing phone number and final activation step)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can message support here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
