Can I receive text msg and calls when I travelling to China, I won't use data. And how does it cost me? I mean the roaming rate. My current plan is 15 CAD/month. Thank you.

sorry, you might not mind to pay, but no roaming service in China. You need to use data sim in China and use other ways to communicate with people here

no roaming in China. PM only has service in Canada and US
