Where to find anniversary date

Hello,

I've just been switched over to the new Rewards and do not see my loyalty recognition points. Am I correct in assuming they now only appear every 12 months on my anniversary date with Public? I do not recall exactly when I joined, does anyone know how or where to find this information?

The 10 points for loyalty will appear on your anniversary.

If you log into the website it’ll display your anniversary date.

I have just taken a look at "My Account" online and don't see a place that it's documented.

The exact date (include month, day, and year) that the Public Mobile account was opened can be found from within the Public Mobile app. It's in the Account tab.

Hello, I had my anniversary after they switched me over to points from the old rewards. I’ve been with public for a few years and I had thought I would at least get 10 points for this last year when my anniversary passed but didn’t. Wrote to customer service and they let me know that we would get 10 points once one year of being on the points system since public thinks I was already rewarded with reward loyalty discounts every month for this last year. They let me know that I will get my first 10 loyalty points in May 2025.

Thanks everyone for your help. I missed all of the replies because the email notifications all got flagged as spam. Anyhow, as @Chalupa_Batman mentioned, I ended up finding it in my email 👍
