    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue and even after calling my old provider to make sure the transfer was successful. It took around 2 hours I total and then everything worked normal. I would just wait a little longer and if not then open a ticket after&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/426355"&gt;@yag193&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how long did you reply ?. and you reboot your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After you replied, you have to keep reboot your phone until it recevies calls.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but you can still call the porting assitance team and ask if they see your authroization to port&lt;/P&gt;</description>
