Help with esim purchase

I've gone through the steps, added a referral code, cc etc. but when I click Pay Now, the "waiting" dots cycle for a few seconds before the Pay Now button goes orange again and nothing happens. Any tips?

did you check your credit card if PM took the money?

and you were using the app to activate? you need to use the app after payment step

@slusagm I set up eversafe in the app, then tried purchasing an esim. Should I have done it on the web?

is the account already setup or you are still setting up?

I thought all account needs to use app to finish setting up

i don't see any option to buy esim with web. I am pretty sure I only see buy esim from the app myself.

Looks like that you activated on the App itself, which is fine and preferred option.

Were you charged on your credit card?
