Need to unsubscribe to your plan. That will turn off autopay, pre-authorized payments.

@Nana8 to cancel the autopay, you click the subscribed button to off.

It says you are subscribed, toggle off. Will turn off and you have to make alternate arrangements for payments.

@Nana8 - Do you mean autopay?

If you need to port out your number to another provider, you MUST keep your PM account active and reply to the PM text.

If you just want to cancel and lose your number, go to My Account > Payments > Manage Subscription > Turn off the switch to unsubscribed on the web.

On the app go to Overview > Manage Subscription > Subscription Renewal > And click on "Unsubscribe"

NOTE: You will get 90 days once your plan is over to renew again or else you will lose your number and your account permanently.
