Yes you can but the pre-CC will charge you a fee.

You can use vouchers then dial 611 and enter the voucher number. Vouchers can be purchased from:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

Just to be clear, you can use a prepaid credit card to pay for your monthly plan. It's 50/50 whether you can use one to start an account. Usually they want a "real" credit card to start it.

Now the question is @Stonechucker1 .... did you sign up with this KOHO Visa or Mastercard or did you have to use a non prepaid credit card?

Yes I signed up with the Koho card. It works fine.
