Public Mobile, like every Telco company in Canada, does not public cellular phone numbers. You may wish to find other means of contacting this person and asking for their number directly.

Unfortunately not. If you have a nickname for them or another way to identify them without revealing their real name you could try posting a message in the lounge and if they visit the community they may see your message and they could connect with you thru private messaging.
