    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you haven't purchased a phone yet, I'd suggest clicking on Lost or Stolen option to place your account on hold till you're able to purchase a new phone. Furthermore, I'd change the passwords on your account as a precaution if you had the app on your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try a different tab ie. Payments. Then go back to your profile page and see if your info reappears?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
