Hello,

I hope you are well. My credit card was going to expire in 7 days and the cycle reset May 24. I was wondering if the payment went through or if the payment will bounce back and show it as an outstanding payment.

if the card not expired yet, it will go through

you can login to your My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to check.

or you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone, enter your number and it will tell you if the account is active and when is the next payment date (should be next month if already paid)
