    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi.&amp;nbsp; i recently upgraded my plan to 40 gb data at 4G with unlimited minutes.&amp;nbsp; i'm showing 4 bars but it isn't showing 4G.&amp;nbsp; the cellular voice and data under settings only shows a choice of LT or 3g.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, i wasn't able to use data even though i have 39 gb remaining.&amp;nbsp; is there a setting on my iphone 8 plus that needs attention?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;before i was able to check my account i bought a 3gb add-on thinking the problem was no data left but don't need the add-on now.&amp;nbsp; can i get a refund on that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bruce debeck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/307666"&gt;@bwd&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Are you doing this in a Wi-Fi environment? If so, your phone will default to Wi-Fi and not access your mobile data. If you turn off your Wi-Fi, you should see "LTE" beside your phone signal at the top of your telephone screen and your phone will use the mobile data. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
