      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I buy a new sim card and attach it to my existing cell phone number, does that override the sim card in the lost phone and remove the ability to contact anyone listed there?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Simply login to you account online or the app and click on Change SIM Card number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll have your old PM account back.
