App install error Nokia 2780

Getting an install error on my Nokia 2780 KaiOs phone when trying to download the allowable apps. Is this a data issue with PM or a APN configuration edit? Thank you

The Public Mobile app requires either Android or iOS.

@sbev1 KaiOs is the operating system, so it can't download apps from Apple (operating system ios) or Google Play (operating system Android) which are PM's only options. Perhaps it might work if you download the app on a compatible device to set up the account because after that you don't need the app after activation, you an use a browser. That assumes the phone is compatible with Public Mobile.

not sure, as I am downloading a specific KaiOs app from the phone itself. There seems to be no other issues with PM and the phone.
