Sometimes "Pending" charges show up and look like a double charge. I would 100% confirm with them first it is for sure a double charge.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I was charged twice this month, not sure how to fix this also really confused about the help line offered, seems to be a very confusing system that purposely makes it hard for people to get help! can someone let me know how to reach an actual Public employee???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
