Hello,

I have ported my landline to public mobile over 48h hours ago, I can make calls from the line but still recieve them on the landline. I read that I would just have to wait, but then I recieved a text from public mobile saying that they are having difficulties porting my number and to reactivate sim card. But when I try to reactivate sim card it does not work. What should I do?

Good morning @loran123,

welcome to Public Mobile, and thank you for getting in touch with us !

Oh no! Being unable to receive calls after porting is a number is definitely a sign that the transfer has failed, but we can help you get this fixed. All you need to do is send us a private message including your details and we'll get this sorted out 🙂

Let's keep the conversation going,
