      <description>&lt;P&gt;already tried and it does not change. I keep staying stuck on step 6/6 of the activation process. I even tried activating on a different account and now it looks like they will be charging me twice a month for 2 accounts that don't work. I have a new SIM card and tried to transfer my number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
