I received my Public Mobile sim card and tried to activate it. However, every time I get to the last stage (credit card payment) and hit submit, an error appears stating:

"Sorry, we are unable to process your credit card request. Please ensure your credit card details are entered correctly and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your credit card provider for more information."

I read in the community forum that it may have something to do with the apartment number in my address, but I tried many many combinations to no avail. I also ensured that the address I entered matches exactly with that on my credit card. Does anyone know how I can get around this issue and successfully activate the sim card?

Thanks.
