topic changed subscription/ double charged in Get Support

I just saw the can/us subscription deal and it looked to be a good deal so I changed to it. Same total price as my old one. It gave me the choice to change now or change at next billing and I chose now. Usually given this sort of scenario there is a secondary screen asking you to confirm, but not the case here. I didn't realize it was going to charge me the full amount right now, as it was the same price as my current plan was that I just paid for a few days ago. I have essentially been double billed for this period. Is this something I can get reversed and update instead at my next billing cycle?

@lostboy1 Usually there are no pro-rated refunds if you choose "change now" which is why it's always recommended to "change on renewal" so as not to lose out. You can ask customer service though, submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
