      <title>Data works but Talk/Text doesn’t work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get full bars for my signal but when I try to call someone, it immediately shows “call failed”. I also can’t receive calls. When someone tries to call me it rings but I don’t see anything on my end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried restarting my phone, resetting network settings but still doesn’t work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This problem occurred after I used data roaming in the US.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/387305"&gt;@Janetgsf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it could be a problem with your 3G connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What brand and model your phone is?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try Restart your phone, then Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings and test&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still fails, try to change network mode to 3G and test again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have another phone, test the PM sim card there as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/387305"&gt;@Janetgsf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;On my iPhone I see Public Mobile, no Telus. &amp;nbsp;Did you use PM for the roaming or a US carrier? &amp;nbsp;Do you have an esim or physical sim? &amp;nbsp; What did you see when you disabled automatic for Network Selection? &amp;nbsp;Mine shows Public Mobile, Rogers and Bell. &amp;nbsp;Is there another sim in the phone? &amp;nbsp;Have you tried LTE or is it on 5G?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
