I am being charged more for my plan now

I was being charged around 32 for my US Canada package but now I suddenly got billed for 44 and that is the scheduled payment for the next month as well. Can someone help me?

@aakhtar98 Were you on the old Rewards system rather than points? If so that's probably why, instead of an automatic rewards discount you will now be paying full price and then the points you earn can be taken off the bill in future. You don't say which plan you have but you can get a Canada-US plan for $34 with 50GB of data now which might save you something depending what you currently have.

If you were not on the old rewards system can you give a bit more information, what plan are you on?

No more monetary rewards! Now you get 5% off your bill back in points, 10 points at anniversary and 1 point for every referral. If you participate in Community few more points could be awarded.

When you collect 15+ points you have to manually convert them to $15, it will not be automatic applied toward your bill.
