      <title>Why does the 2 factor authentication system use text messages for the code?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I never realized this before but it seems kind of dumb that the 2FA system uses a text message to give you access to your account. My wife's account isn't working and she can't log into her account to check what is wrong because she can't receive any text messages. Why isn't there an option to send the code via email? If I didn't have a public account I am not even sure we could put in a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********. &amp;nbsp;But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screenshot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Personally, I just went into the eversafe preferences and removed the phone number... now it always defaults to e-mail only. Now it doesn't automatically text the phones of the family accounts I manage, and the e-mails are sent right away. I would even consider it more secure...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
