    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I just ordered a sim + the 29/month 40g phone plan, I was simply browsing and thought it would take me to the phone number transfer platform to see how I do it. Instead it took my payment. I'm not ready to commit yet, I'm still with virgin and looking to switch. Can you please refund me the amount and cancel my order? It proceeded with the order, again I did not mean to do this, as I'm not ready to switch, just wanted to see how I keep my phone number if I did.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
