      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can open a ticket and explain situation to agent. They might refund you. Might...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIM card usually arrives within 5-10 business days. Sometimes (way) longer as it is send by regular Canada Post.&lt;BR /&gt;I would suggest you wait about 3 weeks and then open a ticket. PM could send you replacement if you ask.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not give up!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You can buy a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinik store. Contact CS agent to help you activate it and they should credit you the cost of the sim card. This is what i ended up doing when my sim card didnt arrive.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
