    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I just tried porting my number and the public mobile app says that it simoply says that something didnt go right when activating my subscription I am unable to contact a customer service agent through the app as I cant authenticate the number associated with the account... as it is partially ported and i only have sos calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>
