      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why did PM charge my Visa twice (x2 $16.95) on May 10, 2024, presumably after switching to the new plan from the $10 legacy plan?&amp;nbsp; Was it an billing error?&amp;nbsp; How can I find out?&amp;nbsp; I am going to ask my Visa card company to look into this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
