    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/383929"&gt;@josiking10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;most the time it is a device settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. which network you are on now? make sure you tried T-Mobile and AT&amp;amp;T , might need to manually select each of them to test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. make sure roaming mobile data is enabled on the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. change network mode to 4G or LTE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
