how do i use my points towards my bill? I dont pay online. It goes directly onto my credit card.

@Carmen1953 , you need to go into the rewards portal and convert points into account funds. Each transaction converts 15 points into $15.

@Carmen1953 You log in to My Account, go to My Rewards, select the catalogue and then select $15 bill credit (as long as you have 15 points) then hit "redeem". $15 will then be deducted from your next payment. Add ons are in the catalogue too at a discounted rate compated to the $ value.
