I want my payments to charge through on the first of each month. Is this possible to adjust? Or does the 30 day payment cycle negate this? Thanks to all in advance.

You're correct, because of the 30 day nature of plans the billing date cannot stay consistent each month.

@graemedw Unfortunately, the renewal date will not stay the same since all prepaid plans are either 30 days or 90 days and not tied to a monthly schedule like post-paid services.

Unfortunately the 30 days cycle can't be changed to a monthly cycle.

If you are on AutoPay/Subscribe it shouldn't an issue since it will withdraw payments from your CC or debit.

It might be hard to keep track if you are making payments with vouchers and need to check on your account on a regular basis to check the renewal date.

@graemedw , it's a 30 or 90day plan. The renewal date will regularly change as there are months with 31 day, 28 or 29 days, and only 4 months actually have 30 days.
