    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you make a call does your number show up on there end?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you are going to need to put in a ticket. Use the chat bot on the bottom right looks like a text bubble. I believe you put in customers service or just Fallow the steps till it let you open one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did that and it doesn’t work. &amp;nbsp;Doesn’t work on the app either. Also my data is not working and I’ve changed the APN settings and checked everything else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was first able to make a call but the data didn’t work. &amp;nbsp;Now nothing is working I can’t even make a call. &amp;nbsp;I see that I made the payment and can see the transaction on my credit card before I ported the number over but never received any emails for the payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can’t submit a ticket either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;how can I directly msg “cs_agent”&lt;/P&gt;</description>
