      <title>I can't receive calls.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been a few weeks I can make a call but I can't receive calls, it goes directly to my voicemail. To solve the issue I reboot my iPhone 7 and the problem is solved for a few days or a few hours.&amp;nbsp; I searched the community and I found out the iPhone 7 is not supported for VoLTE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OK, last weeks I bought a brand new iPhone SE 3rd gen in Apple stores.&amp;nbsp;Unfortunately, it didn't solve the issue. I still can't receive calls. A reboot solved the issue but not for long. The setting is Voice &amp;amp; Data LTE.&amp;nbsp; What can I do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think the CSA got the problem, here's the solution,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Please go to Settings of the iPhone, then Focus, Do Not Disturb, then turn it on. After that press People and ensure that the option Allow calls from is set on Everybody/All.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you can turn off Do Not Disturb, restart, and test."&lt;/P&gt;</description>
