Isn’t there a way to keep the old system of getting credits on bill every month or do I have to go with this system??

Sorry, but all customers on the old rewards system have or will be changed over to the points program.

Unfortunately, you have no choice.

You now have to accumulate Points, then manually claim money off your bill when you have 15 Points.

Stupid because I didn’t get any rewards last month I paid more for my plan

You may have earned points (no longer Autopay, and Loyalty only shows up at anniversary as 10 points / year), and they should show up on your next statement.
