    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched my daughters phone and her number and plan did not transfer over. &amp;nbsp;Let our subscription run out and just repaid and subscribed to a new plan but she does not have a SIM card. &amp;nbsp;So she has a plan, but no SIM and her texting and number does not work or ring to her phone. &amp;nbsp;How do I get a SIM set up for her? &amp;nbsp;She has an iPhone 13&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

She needs to activate SIM or eSIM on the PM app to get an account.&lt;BR /&gt;She will need to download the PM app on her phone then purchase a SIM or eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A SIM will take longer (up to 3 weeks from PM) but eSIM can be purchased right away on the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
