      <description>&lt;P&gt;Adding funds to account will get you service only if your account has been suspended less than 90 days.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you actually see those funds on your account? Can you see button 'resume service' or similar?&lt;BR /&gt;What plan do you have?&lt;BR /&gt;Did rebooting phone helped?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
