Missing referrals

I am a legacy customer used to have 2 referral dollars per month all the way to April bill.

After switching to Rewards there are Zero referrals.

This is incorrect and needs to be fixed

@DinaE You should see those refferal rewards a day or two after your renewal and once you have 15 points earned you can redeem $15 off your bill . This new points program is nothing more then a money grab and will ultimately cost you around $50 + more a year . It sux

The Public Mobile Self Serve/Rewards account doesn't actually give any ifnormation about how many referrals that a customer has one way or another. Please note that the number of points displayed is a running total of points already earned, not a total of points that will be earned in the future.
