      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/419991"&gt;@Deuceman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to My Account check if account is active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is , try to disable your esim, reboot and reenable it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reset All networks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if sitll cannot cannot ,&amp;nbsp; then use PM app on your phone, go to Account and rebuy a new esim (no worry, rebuy won't cost you money, PM will credit you back the $5) and use the new esim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
