I would like to set up a second account but I don't have time to do it right now and I will be back on Monday May 20. The current $34 promo says it ends on May 20th. Does that mean it ends at the end of monday May 20th like midnight just before Tuesday morning May 21st, or does that mean that it will end at the end of Sunday May 19th at midnight which is technically May 20th. Not sure where to get this answer from thanks.

It should mean the end of May 20, but in recent memory, Public Mobile has removed plans before the day ends, sometimes at seemingly random times. I would suggest to open the new account before May 20 starts.

You don't need to set up the sim card just buy the plan before may 20. It wouldn't take any longer than it took you to post here

Generally when a promo say it ends on a certain date, it means that’s the last day you can take advantage of the deal.

In this case, my take on it would be that the offer would ends when the clock strikes midnight on May 20th.

So in the strictest sense, if you are back in town on Monday, the offer should still be available to the public until midnight of May 20th if PM goes by the book on their deadline.
