      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've just tried switching from koodo to public.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, activation failed and apparently the phone lines been transferred already. But I got no e-sim card option to install during the activation process. I cannot access my account as I cannot get a txt or VM without any service. Its not providing me an email option either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone offer help? I've been online trying to get assistance since 7am.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not going well for me at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try resetting network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe you can enter code wrong 3 or 4 times to make it give you another option. Not 100% sure about it is as I have never tried but read some post about other doing it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
