How come I have 0 points when I have 3 referrals, auto pay monthly. I just switched to the points system.

@nancyjd There is no more rewards for autopay. You do still get 1 point ($1) for referrals still, plus 5% in points from your bill payments but you have to log in to redeem now, it's not automatic. The referrals should still be there, just displayed differently.

For those who are on the points system, there is no discount (or points given for autopay). In additional to that, Public Mobile has unfortunatley given no way for customers to check on the number of referrals that are attaqched to the account. In any event, the points balance isn't an indication of the amount of points that you will get, but is rather a cumulative total of points already earned. Points are earned during your renewals.
