      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/397106"&gt;@qaziphone&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a common glitch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, reboot your phone.&amp;nbsp; Then try to make call with a 1 in front of the 10 digits.&amp;nbsp; If that 1 does not work,call without the 1 again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some also have success if you change the network mode to 3G.&amp;nbsp; Try that as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
