In the Maritimes. specifically Cape Breton NS, what towers does PM run off? Bell Rogers Eatlink?

Also is PM a flankered brand of any of the above mentioned?

Public Mobile will run off the same coverage as Telus. Which i believe shares cell towers with Bell

PM utilize Telus and Bell towers. In your area, they are all Bell towers.
