Check back often if you are looking to upgrade. They are always changing. I see that today the $15 plan is for new activation only. Last week the $15 and $29 plan was available for everyone.

Some people have had luck messaging cs to get a plan for new activation only, but hit and miss with that.

So if you are looking to switch I would say keep checking back and wait for something you like to become available.

I have the $15 plan and I looked to see what plans are available to me and the cheapest is $34? That’s a huge jump! There’s nothing in between anymore?

You can message a CS Agent on here and ask if you can get one of the new activation prices applied to your account. They may or may not do it for you. Otherwise i would check back every so often because they used to have a $25 plan that they must have recently changed.
