    <description>&lt;P&gt;even though i was not a referral, i received an email from public mobile that if i activated my account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by 09 May (which i did comply) that i woud receive "bonus" credit of $10.00&lt;/P&gt;</description>
