      <title>MMS Picture Texts Not Downloading</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Used phone from an American network&amp;nbsp; (Sprint).&amp;nbsp; I still have that start up screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've changed the APN settings and thought I did a factory reset once already, but I am still not getting picture messages!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anything the go-to for getting back MMS messages?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15515"&gt;@DaVibe&lt;/a&gt;, I have no experience with sprint and verizon phones for use in Canada.&amp;nbsp; Apart from checking the APN settings, did you also enable mobile data.&amp;nbsp; When you go to the about phone settings, status, SIM status, does mobile network state show as connected?&amp;nbsp; If not, I suspect maybe there is a compatibility issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Seems that's the key to data on cell systems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Double check for upper/lower case and that string of codes for apn type has no spaces between each item&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15515"&gt;@DaVibe&lt;/a&gt;: I just noticed that you've been dealing with this since last April. I wonder if there's a way to remove messages in the MMS queue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think there's a que because after about 15 minutes it seems to time out and I receive a message telling me it failed to download a text message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In other words, I have never received an image on this phone by text, ever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also large messages (converted to MMS) do not reach me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
