I have an alcatel linkzone 2 hotspot from boost mobile and it turns on I get full signal bars and the wifi light comes on but when I go to find the network on one of my devices I can't find it but the wifi light is on

@Ineed2gitjava - I see that some people are experiencing the same issue across multiple providers, you may want to see if the network is hidden by going into the other and copying and pasting the password from the bottom. The security is WPA 2 Personal.

Because Public Mobile supports hotspot it should work.

@Ineed2gitjava - In the Wi-Fi settings of your device you are trying to connect to, click "Other" or something like "Cannot find the network name" or "Enter Manually" enter the Network Name, set security as WPA2 and enter the password (The network name & password should be on the bottom of the Linkzone 2)

Maybe do a reset of the device? People say holding the power button for 5 seconds resets it if it was used.
