@Plss Do you mean you want to enable autopay, disable autopay, add a new credit card, autopay failed, payment taken twice or..? Can you elaborate a bit please as to what you are trying to do or having a problem with?

My payment is enable but I can use my phone I have to pay the balance and when I use *611 they ask for a pin I don’t have one

@Plss Are you not able to log into your account and go to Payments and select Add Funds with Credit/Debit card?

@Plss you can make a payment using My Account on the browser or the PM app, you just needs to login with your proper credentials

or another way is to buy a voucher from SDM/London Drug/Shell/711 and load the voucher using *611

for the 4 digits PIN, if you want to set it up , you can use this direct link
